Access to store orders

Use the store account or order access flow associated with your checkout email. If access fails, contact support with the order reference and a description of the error.

What to have ready

• The product name and selected license duration.
• Your order reference, if this relates to a purchase.
• The exact error message and the step where it appeared.

Keep private keys and payment information out of public messages.
