Free-trial eligibility

Trials are 60-minute evaluation keys, subject to eligibility and availability. The store allows one trial per email or public IP across the catalog. A trial marked unavailable cannot currently be claimed.

What to have ready

• The product name and selected license duration.
• Your order reference, if this relates to a purchase.
• The exact error message and the step where it appeared.

Keep private keys and payment information out of public messages.
