A pending or authorized payment has not necessarily completed. Delivery follows confirmed payment. Check the provider and order status, and avoid paying twice while the first transaction is unresolved.

What to have ready

• The product name and selected license duration.
• Your order reference, if this relates to a purchase.
• The exact error message and the step where it appeared.

Keep private keys and payment information out of public messages.
